Spend Analysis: a tedious process
Large international companies face many challenges collecting purchasing data from heterogeneous information sources and then getting that data cleansed and standardized (invoices, orders, supplier accounts, etc.). Up to now, the cleansing was done using out-of-sight resources or sophisticated sounding “artificial intelligence” processes. The problem was, the Client’s never felt comfortable with not being able to see and interact with the process.
